Place the kaleji in water and vinegar for 2 to 5 minutes then wash it out slice the kaleji In a pan add some ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tablespoon garlic crushed black pepper salt
Add some ghee (Clarified butter) to a pan add the garlic and on low cook until to get a aroma Add kaleji as well as spices and fry until done .
INFO & TIPS
you can braise onions at first too.
