400g hake medallions 4 teaspoon olive oil 1 teaspoon garlic paste 2 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon ground almonds 1 teaspoon ground green chillies 1 teaspoon salt 4 tablespoon coriander leaves, chopped ½ teaspoon black pepper 3 tablespoon lite mayonnaise
2 tablespoon flaked almonds 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Wash and dry fish. Liquidize all the ingredients and marinate fish for 30 minutes Bake fish in a pre heated oven at 180C for 20 – 25 minutes. Place fish on platter and garnish with almonds and parsley.
