INGREDIENTS
For dough 21/2 cup cake flour1 teaspoon carom seeds4 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)(clarified butter)Water as needed
For filling2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)1 teaspoon Cumin seeds1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger4 to 5 boiled and mashed potatoes11/2 teaspoon dry mango powder(aamchur)(If you don't have mango powder then u can add in chat masala) 1 teaspoon red chilli powder1 teaspoon coriander powder1 teaspoon garam masala1 teaspoon pawbhaji masalaSalt to taste
METHOD
Mix flour ghee (Clarified butter) salt and carom seeds well.add little water at a time and make hard dough. Cover the dough with wet cloth.(15 minutes)In a pan add ghee (Clarified butter) and cumin seeds. Then add in ginger then add mashed potatoes, mango powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and pawbhaji masala and cook. Roll the dough like roti and cut from middle and make samosas and deep fry.
