4 XL eggs300ml sugar (1 and ¼ cup .measure to be sure !)500ml flour (2 cups measure !)3 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup milk125 g butter 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
METHOD
Beat the eggs and sugar till light and creamy (white) Sift the flour and baking powder, fold into the egg mixture Heat milk and butter . Must be warm (not boiling)Add vanilla Pour milk into the flour mixture and beat Bake at 180 for 20 minutes or till done.
Icing : 125 g butter 2 and ½ cups icing sugar 3-4 tablespoon milk1 teaspoon vanilla essence Beat well.. adjust consistency taste and as you desire . recipe and pic @treetz_by_reez
