2 cups sugar beans (soak overnight )
2 teaspoon ginger garlic masala
½ teaspoon green Masala
1 onion chopped
1 green Chilli
2 tomatoes (grated)
Pinch of Tumeric
2 teaspoon red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) Jeeru (Cumin) powder
2 curry spoons oil
Salt to taste
Boil the soaked sugar beans with salt till well cooked
Saute the onion in oil with sprinkle of cumin seeds and green chillis
Add the tomato and all the spices to this and allow to simmer .. once it starts sticking to the pot throw in the well boiled sugar beans.
Leave to cook on low for a further half an hour ensuring the water doesn't burn out...add if necessary... once the sugar beans is soft and has a thick Gravy it's done..
Top with dhania (coriander) ...enjoy
