2 eggsHalf cup sugar1 teaspoon vanilla essence3 teaspoon baking powder2 cups flour¼ cup oil/melted butter1 ½ cup milk

METHOD

Combine the wet ingredients and beat
Add in the dry ingredients, beat well.. ensure the batter is smooth Heat up waffle pan, grease with spray and cookPour 2 ladles full and allow to cookTop with ice cream, caramel, fruit, etcEnjoy... For savoury omit half the sugar
