3 fillets cut in to big pieces 2 heaped teaspoon crushed garlic 2 heaped teaspoon red ginger garlic masala 2 tablespoon spoon Orange pepper spiceLemon juice 1 teaspoon dana jeeru (cumin) 2 tablespoon spn oil Salt to taste 1 teaspoon red chilli powderRed and green bell pepper cut in to strips Sauce 3 tablespoon spn Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoon spn butter 2 tablespoon spn Mayo 1 tble spn Garlic sauce 1 tble spn nandos wild peri peri optional you can use any nandos sauce you like
Marinate your fillets in all the above ingredients and cook on the stove till water burns out SauceMelt butter and then throw in your other sauces.. stir gently until it comes up to a boil Throw in your peppers and allow to cook in the sauce. After your chicken is done set in a Pyrex or griddle pan throw over your sauce and grill for 5-10 minutes
