2 chopped onions¼ cup oilHeat oil add in onions & 1 teaspoon jeeraSaute until lightly brown.
Add in 1 teaspoon red ginger garlic masalaBraise for few seconds. Add in 3 grated tomatoes, 1 teaspoon Dana jeera, ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric), 2 teaspoon or less chillies powder few curry leaves.At this stage 3 tablespoon fresh Methi (Fenugreek) baji or kasuri Methi (Fenugreek) can be added if desired.Cook until oil comes to surface than add 1 tin tuna & cook on low until done. Add chopped dhania (coriander).
Make a carrot salad with onions, carrots, chillies, chopped dhania (coriander), salt & vinegar.
Slit rolls add salad fill with tuna.
