1 Tin of shredded tuna 1 tablespoon Mayonaise ¼ teaspoon red chilli powder ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black crushed pepper ½ teaspoon mixed herbs 1 x Whole green chilli (optional) Grated cheese Crackers of your choice dhania (coriander) for decoration
1. Add tuna in a bowl along with the mayonnaise and all the spices - mix well 2. Layer crackers of your choice on a plate , cover them with cheese 3. Put a heaped teaspoon of tuna on each cracker 4. Decorate with dhania (coriander) and chilli slices 5. Enjoy :)
