Copycat Panarotti's Magharitta Avo Pizza

Ingredients:Dough:2 cups self raising flour1 cup greek yoghurtPinch salt
Sauce:3 large tomatoes (liquidized)1 onion (sliced)2 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powderPinch turmericPinch lemon pepperPinch sugar
Toppings-2 avocados (sliced)Lemon juiceSaltSliced tomatoFresh basil leavesMozzarella cheeseGouda cheeseDried oregano
Method:1. Mix yoghurt, flour and salt and bind into dough.2. Divide into 2 portions and roll into 2 rounds.3. Poke with a fork and bake in preheated oven at 180degC for 15-20min.4. Saute onion till golden, add tomato and spices. Cook till reduced.5. Spoon on pizza sauce.6. Sprinkle on cheeses.7. Slice tomato. Place on cheese with basil.8. Slice avocados. Toss in lemon juice. Place onto cheese.9. Sprinkle on little salt and oregano.10. Place in preheated oven an bake till cheese is melted.
