1 kg Chicken Mince1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste2 medium grated onions (water squeezedand sauted slightly) 1 heaped teaspoon green chilli paste2 teaspoon garam masalaDash of Nutmeg1 tablespoon chicken spice¾ teaspoon salt (add less as the itger spices are salty) 1 teaspoon crushed whole dhana seeds1 level teaspoon dhana jeera mix½ teaspoon tumeric2 tablespoon any Seekh Kabab mixLittle chopped shallot chopped green dhania (coriander) and little mintLittle black pepper powder or white1 cup bread crumbsMix all well togetherMake balls Flatten to make a patti..or use patti maker Freeze Grill when requiredEnjoy
