Yasmin Tar 1 box naartjie peeled 1 cup sugar ½ cup water½ cup vinegar ¼ cup oil 3 tab mazeina Green chilliescurry leavesgarlic ½ teaspoon 2 tab methie masala1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon crushed red chillies Sprinkle 2 tab Methi (Fenugreek) masala 1 tab crushed red chilies 1 teaspoon chilli powder over naartjies Boil sugar, water and mazeina and vinegarfor 10 minutes till thick Cool and pour over naartjies Make vagaar with ¼ cup oil, 2 green chillies slit, ½ teaspoon garlic and sum mustard seeds and curry leaves pour over naartjies mix well place on a serving platter sprinkle sum dried fruit strips over and serve 🍊🍊
