My Style
Step 1
In a seperate pot make the WagaarHeat 1 big Curry spoon oil2-3 tablespoon tal (sesame seeds) seeds (sesame)1Tblsp mustard seeds1 teaspoon crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin)Few curry leaves1 tablespoon crushed garlic
Step 2
1 litre tomato sauce1 bottle 250ml chilli sauce or garlic chilli¼ cup pickle masala+- ¼ cup sugar½ teaspoon ginger powder¼ teaspoon Hing (asoefita)Mix the above together Keep aside
Step 3
In A seperate pot¾ cup vinegar500 ml water200g Red or Black tamarind (seeds removed) Boil the above together Cool drain the liquid pulp keep aside
Step 4
In a seperate pot1 cup chopped dates1 cup water Boil togetherCoolAdd few curry leaves for extra flavour And Liquidise all the dates mixture
Add all the sauces now To the wagaarAdjust salt Bring to boil Cool
Bottle keep Refrigerated
Enjoy with savouries
