INGREDIENTS
8 eggs (separate the eggs into yolks and whites)2 cups of sugar 2 cups of cake flour1 tablespoon of coffee 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder 2 tablespoons of milk powder( I used klim) 1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence ¾ cup of oil ¾ cup of water (room temperature)¼ cup of water (to dissolve the cocoa and the coffee)3 teaspoons of baking powder
METHOD
Pass the cake pan into water and allow to Drain. Preheat the oven into 160 degrees 1. Dissolve the cocoa and the coffe into ¼ of water. Set aside2. In a bowl put the egg yolks, sugar, oil, water, vanilla essence and flour. Beat until combines very well.3. Beat the egg whites until it form's peaks.4. Add the baking powder and the egg whites gradually at the yolks mixture. Combine carefully with a spatula. 5. Divide the batter. In 1 part add the milk powder. The other part add the cocoa and coffe mixture. Now put into the pan as you desire to make the marble effect.Bake at 160 to 180 degrees for 1h. Remove the cake from the oven and invert it on top of grid, and wait until it is cooled fully. If you try to take it out of the pan while it's still hot, it will fall apart. When the cake has cooled down, cut around it with a cake knife to separate it from the pan. Invert onto a plate to unmold, and it's done
