Ingredients: ½ cup popcorn seeds; 2 tablespoons oil; ½ teaspoon salt; ½ teaspoon turmeric; ½ teaspoon Red chilli powder; ½ teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) masala; Lemon juice; 1. Heat oil in a heavy base pot; 2. Add one kernel to the pop and shake around. Once it pops, add the spices and rest of the kernels, close pot and lower heat slightly. Shake the pot around a few times during popping.; 3. Empty in a bowl. Drizzle lemon juice over and sprinkle some paprika.
