Spicy PopcornBy @mosmeen diaries ½ cup popcorn seeds2 tablespoons oil½ teaspoon salt½ teaspoon turmeric½ teaspoon Red chilli powder ½ teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) masala PaprikaLemon juice Method: 1. Heat oil in a heavy base pot 2. Add one kernel to the pop and shake around. Once it pops, add the spices and rest of the kernels, close pot and lower heat slightly. Shake the pot around a few times during popping. 3. Empty in a bowl. Drizzle lemon juice over and sprinkle some paprika. Serve Immediately.
