Chickpea WrapsBy @mosmeen_diaries 1 cup chickpea flour1 cup water1 teaspoon cumin seeds½ teaspoon salt½ teaspoon dried chilli flakes Method: 1. Mix chickpea flour with spices. 2. Add the water and whisk well until no lumps remain.3. Heat and grease a non-stick pan with ½ teaspoon olive oil. Add ¼ cup of the mixture and quickly swirl around to cover the entire pan.4. Once the wrap pulls away from the sides, flip and cook through on the other side. 5. Add another ½ teaspoon olive oil and repeat the process Makes 5 wraps
