Ingredients and Method
*Preheat the oven to 180.
*Melt 125gr butter on low heat...allow to cool
*sift togther 2 cups self raising flour*2/3 cup Castor sugar and a pinch of salt*add 2/3 cup chopped white choc and make a well in the centre
Mix into butter: 1 teaspoon vanilla essence,1 egg, ¾ cup yogurt or amasi and 1/3cup of milkAdd liquid mixture to dry ingredients and mix just until it all comes together.
Fill cupcake liners ⅓ with batter, sprinkle blueberries, top with more batter and a few blueberries.*bake for +-20min
