125g butter ¾ cup castor sugar 2 eggs ½ teaspoon vanilla essence 1 cup blueberries 2 cups flour 2 teaspoons baking powder Pinch of salt ½ cup milk
Preheat oven to 170 degrees and line a muffin pan with paper cases. Beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Stir in the blueberries, then the dry ingredients and milk. Divide mixture in muffin cases and bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
