INGREDIENTS
Lettuce / mixed error leaves Rocket Salad tomatoes CucumberOnions Shallots Yellow red and green peppersOlives Feta cheese
METHOD
Slice onions into rings Break lettuce Into chunky pieces Break rocket leaves Slice peppers into strips Throw the small salad tomatoes while into salad bowl Clean shallots and add to salad
INFO & TIPS
I add assorted seeds( pumpkin etc)
I also add pomegranate to my salad
A little crunchy muesli is delicious over your salad as well
I serve this salad wth a home made dressing of olive oil ..salt... pepper... little sugar.. lemon juice .... crushed garlic and balsamic vinegar .. shake it all together
