My Simple StyleUse ½ packet spaghetti boil with salt as per instructions and pot cold water once done and drain Use Any vegetable you wantGrated ¼ thinly sliced julienne carrots or grated1 small onion red or white¼ thinly sliced julienne robot peppersRed or white cabbage finely shreddedMugh bean sprouts (moong) use can only drain when required so it stays crunchy (optional)MushroomsMethodIn a bauer pan or wok or skottelAdd little olive oil or normal vegetable oilAdd the onion saute 2 minutesAdd garlic and ginger thinly sliced or use the crushed versionSesame seeds (optional)SauteThen add carrots and the robot peppersThen cabbage Check the cabbage Then add mushroomsand lastly add the sprouts (optional)Let it fry it has to have a crunchAdd some Zeal (optional)Vege spiceWhite pepper powderLemon pepper Cook 5-8 minutesThe vege must have a bit of crunchToss the drained spaghetti /noodles Add some soy sauce (may use Worcester)Some sweet chilli sauce1 teaspoon corn flour or mazina mixed with a bit of water I enjoy it slightly saucy(Tomato sauce is optional or 1Tblsp any salad dressing)Adjust salt (I used Himalayan ) / pepper etcCook few minutes on stoveGarnish with parsley or chopped dhania (coriander)
