Pasta (I used tagliatelle)2 full pieces Chicken fillet Few slices of mushrooms 1 tablespoon Orange Pepper SpiceSalt to taste Black pepper to taste 500ml Fresh creamGrounded green chilliesOil½ LemonSpring Onions
Boil pasta and set aside. Slice the fillet into bite sized pieces and cook in oil with salt, pepper and lemon juice and braise, add mushrooms and cook for a few minutes, now add the orange pepper spice and grounded green chillies and mix into the chicken, add the fresh cream and lastly add the pasta and heat through. Lastly add spring onions.
