INGREDIENTS
1 kg wings1 teaspoon ground garlic 1 teaspoon red chill paste 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground Jeeru (Cumin)
2 tablespoon butter 1 onion Chopped 2 tablespoon Lemon juice ½ teaspoon ground garlic 1 teaspoon red chili paste ½ cup peri peri sauce (steers) ½ cup tomato sauce
½ cup flour ¼ cup corn flour 1 teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon salt
Oil for frying
METHOD
Marinate chicken with spices overnight.Mix flours and spices together. Dip wings into flour mixture and fry in shallow oil on medium heat. For the sauce: Heat butter add garlic.. add Chopped onion and lemon juice cook for a few minutes. Add chilies and sauces. Dip fryed wings in the sauce and place on a baking tray.. Add remaining sauce over.. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes on 170.Serve with Chips and garlic rolls...
