Sticky Ribs

RECIPE

In a bowl mix:
Quarter cup sourmilk
2 tablespoon mayonaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon crushed red/green chillies
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
2 tablespoon steers chops and steak marinate
1 tablespoon tikka masala
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
1 teaspoon pepper
Half teaspoon haldi
2 tablespoon any sauce (tomato,chutney,peri peri
half teaspoon chilli powder
Half tablespoon peppercorns
1 teaspoon steak and chops spice
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon golden syrup
Salt
Marinate overnight..braai (bbq) or grill till done
