In a bowl mix together:1 teaspoon pepper1 teaspoon origanum 1 teaspoon mustard powder ½ teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon onion powder1 teaspoon six gun grill seasoning 2 teaspoon Chilli powder ¼ cup brown sugar
Sprinkle spice mix over a packet of Ribs.Add a drizzle of oil and mix.Cover with foil.Bake 180deg for 2 hrs.

Basting sauce½ cup prego sauce¼ cup tomato sauce2 tablespoon honey 2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
Brush sauce over Ribs.Then place under grill to get a perfect char
