INGREDIENTS
2kg spare ribs1/2 Cup tomato sauce1/2 Cup orange juice1 tablespoon honey1/2 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon soy sauce2 teaspoon ginger garlic2 teaspoon green masala1 teaspoon mixed herbs1/2 teaspoon Black pepper crushed1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce*¹1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
METHOD
Wash and drain ribs well. Pat dryCombine all ingredients for marinade, add ribs and allow to marinate overnightWrap in foil and grill over a braai (bbq) or in the oven*²

*¹ I used crystals hot sauce
*² air fried for 20mins at 180, turning halfway through and basted with remaining marinade
