2 cups flour¾ cup sugar3 teaspoon baking powder100ml each of milk and oil2 eggs100g chocolate grated or chopped
METHOD
Dissolve 6 teaspoon of instant coffee in ⅓ of a cup of boiling water and leave to cool.
Place sugar in a bowl, sift in flour and baking powder, add chocolate...
Mix together milk, oil and eggs and add to mixture with coffee.
Stir wellPour into greased or lined muffin pans and bake for 15 - 20 minutes...
INFO & TIPS
You can decorate with chocolate sauce once cuppies have cooled or leave it plain, its delicious both ways...
