INGREDIENTS
250g butter
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon almond essence
½ cup cornflour
2 cups cake flour
½ cup icing sugar
METHOD
Cream butter, essence & icing until fluffy.
Add sifted flours & salt & mix to a soft dough.
Use a biscuit gun with a striped disc & press out
biscuits. Bake @ 180*C for 10-12 minutes.
Cool & dust with castor sugar. Sandwich biscuits
together with butter icing-add almond essence to
the icing.
