Thai Noodles

INGREDIENTS

1 onionCoconut oil 2 pieces chicken fillet cubed3 pieces spring onion1 green pepperGreen chilliesMix vegEgg noodles (pnp)Stir fry sauce ( woolies from the fridge by veg) SaltExotic thai spiceNandos peri peri spiceBlack pepperGinger and garlic Green chilliesDhana jeeraHandful Peacans

METHOD

Sauté onion in oil.Add chicken and cook with ginger garlic salt and green chillies.When chicken halfway cooked add spices and peacansAdd all veg and cook for 5 minutes.Drain noodles but keep little noodle water.When chicken filling done mix with noodles.Add stir fry sauce cook for extra 5min and serve hot!

Sprinkle some chilli oil if desired
