INGREDIENTS
4 Hake fillets or 6 medallionsOlive oil1 large red onion2 cans chopped tomatoes1 can chickpeasGinger garlic/red masalaGarlic pasteDhanaJeeroo arad (Turmeric)SaltRed chillesGaram Masala Fish spiceLemon juice
METHOD
Heat up oil in a pot on high heat. Add onions and brais until translucentAdd red masala and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutesAdd tomatoes, chickpeas and spices to taste - cook for 8 to 10 minutesLastly add in fish and cook until done

Serve with crusty bread/rice/roti
