Braise onions in oil with curry leaves, add dry spices and fry till golden. Add mutton and ginger garlic and salt ,1 cup water, braise for about 30 minutes. Once water reduces add masalas fry for few minutes , add grated tomatoes, water and potatoes, cover and cook till potatoes are soft. Garnish with dhania (coriander) and mint
