1kg Salt and pepper sausagesLittle oil Sauce of choiceWater to sealEgg to brush on top
METHOD
Fry sausages on medium heat with a little oil (just enough to coat your pan)When done cool completely and cut into desired legnth.Use puff pastry cut into squares. Brush with sauce of choice. Place sausages and seal with water. Brush egg over and freez.
