Ingredients for fried fish:Garlic powder 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder 2 tablespoonWhite pepper powder ¼ teaspoonTurmeric powder ½ teaspoonMustard powder 1 teaspoonSalt as per tasteHot sauce 2 tablespoonVinegar 1 tablespoonFish, cut into strips 500 gmMix well and leave for 1 hour
In a wide plate mixPlain flour 1 cupCorn flour ¾ cup
2 eggs beatenOil for frying
First coat fish in dry mixture, then dip in beaten eggs and again final coat in dry mixture.Fry fish in medium hot oil for about 3 minutes.Take out d fish and give it a rest for 10 minutes.After 10 minutes refry fish in medium hot oil till crisp and golden brown...Serve hot hot hot with spicy sauce.
Spicy SAUCE...Ingredients for sauce:Water ¼ cupVinegar 1 tablespoon (Optional )add only if neededGarlic clove 3 smallWhite pepper ¼ teaspoonRed chilli powder 1 tablespoonChilli garlic sauce 3 tablespoonTabasco sauce 3 tablespoonIcing sugar 2 - 3 tablespoonSalt ¼ teaspoon or as per tasteMayonnaise 1 cup
Blend all ingredients in a blender

When you make the sauce, you must leave it in refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
Because all spices will be infused together and make a perfect taste.
You can make this sauce the day before you need it.
