1 chicken dis-jointed in 8'sMarinate in teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon ground pepper, 1 tablespoon ground garlic, 1 teaspoon crushed chilli flakes and 2 tablespoon of maggi hot and garlic sauce and 1 tablespoon vinegar.Coating -1 ½ cup flour, season with salt, pepper, Aromat (a South African Spice), chicken spice, BBQ spice 2 beaten egg
Leave chicken overnight or few hours in marination.Mix all coating ingredients and Dip each chicken piece in beaten egg and then coat in flour mix. Coat well. And keep aside in fridge for about 20 minutes. And deep fry till golden crisp.
