INGREDIENTS
2 - 3 Cake flour, sifted1 & ½ Baking powderQuarter Cup Choc Chips2 eggs½ teaspoon Vanilla EssencePinch Salt2 teaspoon Sugar¼ teaspoon maizena (corn flour)Sprinkle with Confectioner Sugar on top.½ Cup Whip Cream(optional)
METHOD
Mix all wet ingredients & then the dry ingredients into a bowl. Adding in last the choc/chip.Fry in oil in a medium hot pan.For approximatly 2 - 3 minutes.
INFO & TIPS
Use berries or any fruit & we all crave for sweet bite😊every now & then.
