INGREDIENTS
2 eggs4 tablespoon sugar4 tablespoon butter2 cups flour2 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 ½ cup milk
METHOD
Beat the eggs and sugar.Add in the butter and essence.Sift in the dry ingredients alternating with milk.Beat well.Spray and cook a non stick frying pan and pour ladles of batter.Top with ice cream , chocolate, syrup, cream, strawberries..Enjoy
