INGREDIENTS
2 eggs6 tablespoon ordinary sugar¾ cup milk2 tablespoon melted ghee (Clarified butter)/ or butter2 teaspoon baking powder1 ½ cups cake flour (sifted)
METHOD
1. Beat eggs and sugar till fluffy.2. Beat in ghee (Clarified butter).3. Mix flour and baking powder.4. Add milk and flour alternatively and beat into a smooth batter.5. Heat a good drizzle of oil in a non stick pan on medium heat.6. Spoon a ladle of batter in when oil is hot.7. Cook on one side till golden, then flip over and repeat.8. Serve with golden syrup and fresh fruit.#mamataughtmewellrecipes
