1⁄2 cup ordinary sugar
3⁄4 cup milk
2 tablespoon melted ghee (Clarified butter)
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1⁄2 cups cake flour
Beat eggs and sugar till fluffy.
Beat in ghee (Clarified butter).
Mix flour and baking powder.
Add milk and flour alternatively and beat into smooth batter.
Heat a good drizzle of oil in a non stick pan.
Heat on medium heat.
Spoon a ladle of batter in when oil is hot.
Cook on one side till golden, then flip over and repeat.
Serve with golden syrup and fresh fruit.
