INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
30ml sugar
30ml oil
2ml salt
10ml baking powder
15ml custard powder
2ml vanilla essence
375ml milk
550ml flour
METHOD
Mix all ingredients together well with an electric mixture.
Allow mixture to stand for 20 minutes before preparing the waffles.
Pour the mixture into the waffle maker and allow to cook until golden brown.
Serve hot with syrup and fresh cream.
