500gram penne 6 kiri cheese blocks Half punnet mushrooms Spring onions Fresh thyme White sauce: 2 tablespoons butter Flour Milk Salt Pepper Nutmeg
Boil pasta keep aside. Fry mushrooms in butter, pepper and thyme and spring onions, remove mushrooms add more butter and flour and make a roux for white sauce, slowly add milk and mix till thick , add salt ,pepper and nutmeg, lower heat and add kiri cheese, stir till melted, remove from heat. Add mushrooms, and pasta mix through, pour into pyrex and top with mozzarella and bake.
