RECIPE

Bismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem
Recipe makes 12 minis
½ packet tennis biscuits crushed fine70g butter melted
125g smooth cream cheese ½ cup icing sugar½ teaspoon vanilla½ tablespoon lemon juice1 cup whipped creamStrawberries cut fineA drop of pink gel coloring
Combine biscuit crumbs and butter and mix well. Press evenly in cheesecake pan. (I made minis). Refrigerate till firm.
Beat cheese, icing sugar, vanilla and lemon juice & coloring until smooth. Fold in cream. Fold in strawberries.Pour filling over Base. Refrigerate till firm. Decor as desired.
