
Strawberry Lemonade Slush

2 Punnets Strawberries
2 Lemons
2 Cups Sugar
2 L Water
Few Sprigs of Mint Leaves
METHOD
Blend the strawberries with 1 cup sugar, 1L water, and some mint
Set aside
Blend remaining ingredients and strain through a fine mesh sieve
Combine the two and mix well
Place in airtight container in the freezer
Remove when half frozen
Whisk the mixture to break up the ice
Serve cold with fresh mint leaves as garnish
