INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup water
Dissolve on stove until sugar melts, allow to cool, then add
¼ cup lime cordial
¼ cup strawberry syrup
¼ cup rose syrup
¼ cup grenadine syrup (optional)
2 punnets strawberries
(1 punned blitz fine and the other a bit rough)
METHOD
Mix all together and set in ice cream moulds or ice trays and freeze.
