My Easy Peezy Style
USE ARABIC DOUGH MAKE SMALL LUMPS ROLL OUT INTO SMALL DISCSFOR THE FILLING I USED STEAK BUT U MAY USE ANY joIn a Pot heat 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) or Oil Cook 500g cubed small Rump steakWith 1 small chopped onion 1 teaspoon ginger garlicAdd 1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix or just Jeera powder 1 teaspoon crushed red chilli or green 1 teaspoon Chilli powderLittle Crushed whole jeeraSalt to taste 1 tablespoon vinegarAdd water only if necessary Add few finely chopped Robot peppers Add 1 tablespoon Tomato sauce and Pically - optional) Cool.. When cold Roll out small disc's of the ARABIC DOUGHPut 1 teaspoon of filling pinch to close at the bottom Flatten slightlyEgg brush the tops and decorate with sesame seedsBake @180* for 12.15 minutes or till doneColour must be light golden If not place under grillEnjoy with Chutney /Dips
