INGREDIENTS
Half later milk 1 egg250 ml fresh creamHalf tin condensed milk1 small tin nestle dessert cream 2 tablespoon tastey wheat 2 tablespoon corn flour 4 tablespoon water3 teaspoon China grass powder 1 packet strawberry jelly5 tablespoon rose syrup Nuts and chocolate for garnish
METHOD
Boil the jelly with 2 cups of water and ghas powder (agar agar (falooda powder)). Pour in a dish let it set.Beat the egg with milk and tasty wheat. Keep aside. Make a paste with corn flour and water add to the milk mixture. Bring the mixture to boil. Beat the fresh cream keep aside. When the mixture is cooled off add condensed milk and dessert cream, beat well than add rose syrup mix well. Fold in half the fresh cream keep other half for the top. Cut the jelly in cubes once its set. Throw some cubes in the mixture keep some for the topping. Pour mixture in a dish than pour the other half of the fresh cream over the mixture, add the jelly cubes that were kept aside garnish with nuts and chocolate of your choice. Refrigerate for 2 hours or you can serve it hot in winter. Enjoyπ
