INGREDIENTS
ยฝ kg Beef Mince1 Onion1 Big Tomato ๐
2 Chillies ยฝ teaspoon Jiera1/2 teaspoon Tumeric1 teaspoon Masala or any SpiceGarlic cloveOil1 Egg4 Slices Bread, (soaked in water) Parsley, chopped
Served with Mash Potato /Tomato & Onion
METHOD
In a bowl add the mince, spices, bread, egg. Fry the onion, tomato, garlic,chillies & then add to mince mixture.Add the Parsley lastly Fry in oven or pan. Garnish with fresh Danya & serve with Rice/Tomato & Onion/Mashed Potato.Makes 6-8
