Add butter to pan, add mushrooms and cook with 1 teaspoon salt , 1 teaspoon pepper , garlic flakes and 1 ½ teaspoon green masala Separate egg yolks and egg whites Beat egg yolks and separate beat egg whites till fluffy.Generally fold in together.Add salt,pepper ,green chillies , chillie powder , spring onion and half of the chilled green pepper. Add oil to a pan and wait till the pan reaches medium heat and then add in egg mixture.Cover pan to with a lid and allow to fry.In the mean time preheat oven.Add grated cheese,polony,mushroom and left over green peppers.Over again until cheese is almost melted.Place pan into oven until cheese if completely melted and the omelette is completely cooked.Fold the one side of the omelette over.Garnish with parsley and serve
