¼ ghee (Clarified butter) (clarified butter) or normal salted butter1 cinnamon stick ½ cup of semolina2 cups milk (add according to thickness)½ Elachi (cardomom) powder2 teaspoons sugar
Heat the ghee (Clarified butter) or butter in a saucepan with the cinnamon stick. Add the semolina untill golden brownAdd 1 cup of milk and stirr.Add second cup of milk with the Elachi (cardomom) powder. Stirr well so it does not burn. Then add your sugar.
