INGREDIENTS
200ml milk lukewarm 50ml water lukewarm 100ml oil 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoon Yeast 3 cup flour or as you needFOR TOP1 egg u can add egg White into dough is optional 1/2 tablespoon oil 1/2 tablespoon yogurt 1/2 tablespoon milk Sesame seeds Nigella seeds
METHOD
(1) In a large bowl add milk ,water and sugar, salt and Yeast mix well cover set aside for 5 minute then add oil egg White stir well then add flour and knead until smooth dough grease the bowl with oil ,place the dough Cover set aside for about 40 minutes.
(2) Grease the oil on pizza tray set aside (3) Press dough with your hands to get rid of air bubbles. Give a ball shape to dough. Then use your palm to flatten each ball into a flatter rounded shape. Use the blunt edge of a knife or hour fingers draw four parallel lines across the top of each dough round, then four more perpendicular to those to make a criss-cross pattern.Cover with a damp towel, and put aside for about 20 minutes. (4) Preheat your oven to 200C(392F) Make the glaze: in a small bowl, combine the egg yolk oil and milk , yogurt.(5) Brush top of bread with the glaze. Sprinkle nigella seeds and sesame seeds on top. Bake in preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
