2 chicken fillets cut into pieces (not small) Marinate the chicken with: 1 teaspoon ground green chillies 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 2 tablespoon soy sauce Salt to taste ½ teaspoon Crushed black pepper
Separately prepare the following ingredients: ½ punnet sliced mushrooms ¾ onion cut into 12 pieces 1 carrot julienned ½ green,red and yellow peppers cut into large pieces or strips. Some chopped spring onion for garnishing Black sesame seeds for garnishing And some cashew nuts Egg noodles or 2 minutes noodles (I use 3 packets 2 minutes noodles)boiled. In a wok or pan finely slice 2 garlic cloves or can use whole crushed garlic add some olive oil and fry. Add marinated chicken and allow to cook till almost done. Add in veggies. Now add: ½ teaspoon Chillie flakes or chilli powder 1 teaspoon lemon pepper And dried parsley. Allow to cook till water burns out. NOw add in boiled noodles and also... Sweet chili sauce Worcester sauce Soy sauce Woolies stir fry sauce (optional) (Add in sauces According to taste) Mix through. Top with cashews black sesame seeds and spring onion.
