INGREDIENTS
395g condensed milk500ml fresh cream1 can evaporated milk1 cup coursely chopped Pistachio nuts1/2 teaspoon cardamom essence (I used fresh ground cardamom) 1/2 teaspoon green food colouring
METHOD
Line a deep 1L dish with plastic wrap and freeze for 30minsChill all ingredients overnightWhip condensed milk and cream until soft peaks formWhip evaporated milk seperately until thick and frothy then mix into the cream mixture - whip for only 1 minutesAdd essence, Pistachio and colouringSpoon into frozen dish and cover with plastic wrapFreeze for about 24hrs Serve
