5 slices Pateria (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
fried in about 2-3 tablespoons oil. Once done cut into cubes
5 tablespoons double cream yogurt, season with salt, pepper, grounded coriander leaves and fine green chilli.
Cut pur and air fry with a drizzle of oil. Pur can be see fried.
On a platter set Pateria (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
. Leave 4 small cubes for the top. Cover with pur. Put dollops of yogurt over. Put remaining Pateria (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
over. Garnish with pomegranate rubies and fresh dhania (coriander). Enjoy.
